If you are not already a customer of William Hill and want to take advantage of this great offer you can also get a £25 matched free bet to get you started. A qualifying bet is an acca of at least 6 or more results on the win-draw-win market (outright winner for any football match). There are no minimum odds for this offer so you can back at as lower price as you like. If your acca misses by one result then you will get an ad hoc free bet on your account with in 24 hours (it usually takes around 12 hours to show up in our experience).

You can use the ad hoc free bet on any market at all, although if it wins you will not get the stake back just the winnings. If you place another acca and this misses by one you do not receive another free bet, the offer only counts on bets placed with money from your account. Acca insurance FAQs

I don’t back accas but I’ve got an ad hoc free bet, what is it for? William Hill use the ad hoc free bet for all their offers. This could be for a money back special if your horse finishes second, a second goal scorer money back special or a credit to your account.

Can I place an acca of more than 5 results? Yes acca insurance covers any acca (win-draw-win football markets) of 6 or more results. You can back an acca of up to 15 results in total although the chances of winning get lower the more results you add in.

Do any other companies offer acca insurance? Yes, but none of them are as good as this offer. Betfair offer this but you only get 50% of your stake back, Sportingbet do the offer but over 3 results and you get your stake back if your bet wins which seams odd! Paddy Power occasionally do this offer but only on Premier League games on a weekend.

Overall we think acca insurance is a brilliant offer from Will Hills and can be used to keep your money going further if you’re unlucky with your accas.
