How to download the Energybet app
There is no official app on any of the traditional app marketplaces such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Instead, you will initially have to access it from your mobile’s web browser. If you are visiting this site from your mobile device you can get straight there from the links on this page.
The mobile site is designed just like a mobile application and can also be used just like one when you add the mobile site to your mobile device’s home screen. You can achieve this from within the options of your preferred web browser.
When on the Energybet mobile home page, tap on your mobile browsers settings icon. (Commonly depicted as three horizontal lines or dots stacked on top of each other and usually located to the right of the URL bar). Various options should now pop up on the screen. One of which should be to add that mobile page to your home screen.
Once this is done the app logo should now be visible alongside all of your other apps.
Energybet Android app download
Follow the steps from left to right in the image below to successfully install the app. Navigate to the Energybet homepage from your Android device using your preferred mobile web browser (e.g Chrome, Internet). Now access your mobile web browser’s settings (This step may differ slightly in terms of how to access the settings, depending on which web browser you are using).
In our example, the browser settings can be located in the top right and are represented by three vertical dots. A pop-up menu will appear with an option to ‘Add to Home screen. Select this option by tapping on it and the logo will now appear, as shown below.
Energybet app review
The Energybet layout is one that is easy to get along with and has an attractive look to it. It has a dark theme with predominantly white text, combined with yellow lettering for headings in line with Energybet’s brand logo.

Information is neatly organised into sub-categories. This allows for more options to be present without being inundated with a screen full of text. This does mean a little more tapping to get to the information you want. However, this makes locating the information desired a quicker experience by having greater clarity.
The app is smoothly linked with Stat score to display a wide range of stats on up and coming fixtures and events. This is very handy indeed as it means you do not have to leave the app to analyse past performances.
As with most bookmakers, Energybet does a fine job of enticing in new and existing customers with flamboyant special offers and bonuses. These change regularly and can be limited to certain territories so our best advice here would be to check out the current offers for yourself. Offers that we have witnessed in the past have included;
- Odds boosts
- Accumulator insurance
- Welcome bonuses
- Reload bonuses
- Free Spins bonuses
- Bonus Energy points giveaways
- Bet refunds
- Cashback offers
The stats section is packed full of information and is provided across a variety of sports. Stats are available by tapping on the bar chart icon situated to the right of the relevant fixture/event. This is highlighted in the image below.
Once accessed, a drop-down box appears below the fixture providing facts and recent trends on the teams as well as a head to head analysis. Tapping on the different icons in the menu bar at the bottom of the stats will then reveal more information. If we were to take soccer as the example, here are some of the stats that are available.
- Previous fixtures and results
- Future fixtures
- League standings – including home and away comparisons
- League top scorers
- Yellow and red card information for the league
- Over/under 1.5 goals percentages
- Over under 2.5 goals percentages
On top of all this there’s also a Twitter section here too that gives you all the latest tweets from both official twitter accounts of the teams in question as well as the official League’s twitter feed, keeping you up to date on news slightly further afield.
Next, to the stats icon, there is another icon that displays a + sign followed by a number. This is how to access all other markets away from the outright markets. The number shown represents the number of markets available on that event or match. This is shown within the blue circles in the image below.
The choice here is generous and in line with other reputable bookmakers. To give you some indication, a typical soccer match has between 250 and 350 markets to choose from.
Most aspects of games and plays can now be bet on online. Cards, corners, goals, individual players and so on can all be bet on.
Energybet try to be as inclusive as possible. This is evident by how diverse and flexible they are with their accepted payment methods. There are multiple methods available to make things easier for all types of people with varying preferences all across the World. A current list of accepted payment methods can be found below.
- EPS (electronic payment standard)
- Qiwi Wallet
- TSI Pay
In-play betting plays a major role in the industry these days and there are numerous sports on offer for in-play betting here. The betting markets remain open and available while you watch giving you the opportunity to take into consideration the immediate form of the playing participants.
There is a dedicated section for Live betting found straight from the home page of the app so you can access it quickly to get bets on quickly or in the dying minutes.
Odds and sports
Odds here are competitive across all sports offered, which is quite a comprehensive list. At our last count, there were 48 different sports and events to gamble on. These range from the most popular sports like football, basketball, ice hockey, to events such as the Oscars, politics and E-sports.
Energybet holds one of the biggest selections of e-sports betting markets we have seen within a betting app. So if you are mad on a very popular console game that has professional leagues and would like a gamble, it would be well worth checking out Energybet’s selection.
Some of the E-sports markets available at the time of writing were:
- Rocket league
- King of Glory
- Starcraft 2
- Counter strike: GO
- League of Legends
- Dota 2
On top of this, there’s a dedicated virtual sports section where you can bet on and spectate virtual games. To accommodate different amounts of free available time there are also instant virtual games to choose from. Here you can opt for an instant result rather than having to be subjected to watch the action unfold. There are also scheduled virtual fixtures available as well for those who prefer the long drawn out format. Choices within the virtual betting section include:
- Instant football
- Virtual football
- Instant racing
- Virtual racing
- Virtual tennis
One of the more unique features of the Energybet app is their loyalty program. Each time you bet, you accrue what is referred to as Energypoints. You can then trade these Energypoints for cash back or to purchase items from EnergyShop. In the Energyshop (accessed from the Energybet app menu) items are available for purchase such as free spins on certain slot machines, Snazzy t-shirts, wallets, phone cases etc.
Terms and conditions apply here so it is worth familiarising yourself with those. This would only really benefit the regular loyal gambler. Still, it is a nice addition that is not really replicated by any other online bookmaker.
To give you an idea here, at the time of writing a Zippo lighter was available in the EnergyShop for 3000 Energypoints. Now consider that you earn 1 Energypoint for every €5 bet placed. As you can see this certainly is no get rich quick scheme but does hold some value to those people who like to wager frequently or place large bets.
Away from all the tantalising sports action, there is also a casino section built-in. Here you will find over 400 different games to keep you entertained. Multiple game operators are on board to provide as much choice as possible. Game operators include:
- GreenTube (Novomatic)
- BF Games
- Quickfire (Micorgaming)
- Big Time Gaming
- Play’n Go
There’s a nice variety of gaming included as well, categorised into Slots, Table & Poker and progressive jackpots. There’s also a section showcasing the latest games to hit the app, so you never miss anything new. All classic games that you would expect to find at a real casino are covered here, such as Roulette, Baccarat and BlackJack. Furthermore, there are also different ways to play each game to suit many different styles and situations.
The level of choice in regards to slots here is somewhat ridiculous. Hundreds of different themed slot games are available at your fingertips that surely has most interests covered. The list can be quite overwhelming. However, with the feature of being able to try out the slot games in a test environment, this brings out the desire to hunt out new games you may not have otherwise.
Playing games in the demo mode are recommended at first to find the games you enjoy playing before committing any real cash towards them. You can get a feel and a better understanding this way on how the game operates, bonus features and game boards becoming more familiar and less confusing. This should maximise any winning opportunities once you are ready to step up to real money.
If digital roulette wheels and graphics aren’t immersive or realistic enough for you, there’s a live casino section available to check out. Here you are presented with a live video stream, welcomed in by a real croupier ready to serve you at your chosen casino game table. The choice here again is maximised, with lots of game tables offering different casino games. Different tables also offer varying stakes to suit everybody from the budget bettors to the big spenders.
The last feature I will mention is the EnergyWorld section. This is the social element of the app and is the place to head for all the latest news surrounding the sports and casino industry. There’s access to Energybet’s latest posts across their social networks as well as tips and info on upcoming fixtures and events. Energybet try to make betting as fun as possible and want all their customers to feel that way. So if betting is becoming less fun for you, we would recommend spending time here and taking a break from gambling until such a time when the fun element is able to return.
Energybet does care for their customers’ wellbeing and has put measures in place in an attempt to better control the betting habits of those who may be suffering from problem gambling. These include;
- Setting monthly deposit limits
- Setting specified session time limits
- Loss limits
- Stake limits
A superb betting app with plenty going for it. The Energybet app looks great, behaves great and offers competitive odds across many different markets. Unique promotions and loyalty schemes offer value to a wide variety of players. There’s also plenty of diversity with both sports and casino gambling covered all within the same login. Registration is super easy and a great support network means there’s always help on hand if and when you need it.
Now don’t get me wrong this app isn’t perfect. there are features currently missing that we would like to see present. Cashing out before the game has ended would be a perfect example. This is not possible right now. However, this app is still relatively new on the scene and we expect these sorts of upgrades to appear within future updates. What is available now certainly isn’t the finished article. We can only see it getting better based on the amount of PR work that is going on behind closed doors.
The Energybet app is well worth a look at, in our opinion. It has fitted in well within the industry marketplace. It is increasing in popularity and as it does we expect the features and services to increase with it.
