One of the latest apps creating a stir in the online betting market place is the VBET app. This service is run by Vivaro Ltd and is fully licensed to operate throughout the UK and is also available across Europe, Africa, and Asia. We have tested the app and have found it to be legitimate and fair.
How to access the VBET app
The service is not provided by a native app that can be accessed from the app store or Play store. Instead, it is a mobile web app that can be reached from a mobile browser such as Google Chrome or Safari.
The mobile website looks just like and app acts just like an app and can be saved like an app by adding the VBET mobile homepage to your home screen. Check it out from the link below.
By registering today you can take advantage of the new customer offer, giving you the opportunity to bag yourself up to a £25 free bet.
New customers only. Place first bet of £5-£25 with min 3 selections. Min odds 1.8 per selection. Deposit method restrictions apply. 18+ T&Cs apply. Please gamble responsibly. BeGambleAware.Org.
Registration was quick and easy and no payment details were required to register. Payment details can be entered as and when you feel you are ready to actually place a bet.
Raising their profile
VBET has gained good partnerships recently to provide a top-end credible service. This strategy has also helped raise brand awareness and to gain trust from their target audience.
Partnering up with BetConstruct (an industry-leading developer in gaming software) has led to a robust, stable online betting app being produced.
VBET has also successfully partnered up with Arsenal FC to become their official betting and gaming partner until 2022. The bold pink logo can be seen quite frequently during Arsenal matches at the Emirates on the digital advertising boards around the outside of the pitch.
VBET Mobile app review
VBET has been quite brave with their choice of colour for their brand, opting for a bright pink. This may seem as being slightly off-putting to what is deemed as a predominantly masculine male-orientated industry.
However, I see it as quite a clever move. Their brand imagery now stands out a mile and it is difficult to confuse them for another betting company once you are able to identify the brand.
Although their branding and logo are pink, the app is not. On the whole, the app is wrapped in a deep purple theme with a white background. The detail is all well spaced out and each sport has its own colour to help identify it.
At first glance, the app was a little confusing to look at once registered and signed in. I found it natural to look at the top of the screen for a menu button but found nothing. It didn’t take me long though to work out that the navigation menu was located at the bottom of the screen. Here I found 5 options;
- Live – Where to go for all of the betting opportunities on events and sports. Either in-play or live.
- Pre-match – head here if you are looking to place a bet on a fixture or event scheduled to take place soon or in the future.
- Casino – A catalogue of digital casino favourites, including table games and slots.
- Live casino – Table casino games available on live stream straight from a live casino. A real dealer serves you and is more than willing to interact.
- More – This opens up another menu that allows you to access the Esports betting section, details on current promotions and quick links to all of the above.
There’s a good range of choice, with over 50 sports/pastimes on offer to bet on. Placing bets is quick and easy; thanks to the quick bet feature. Building multiples/accumulators is also a simple and logical process.
Tracking bets and keeping up to date on the latest scores is simple. Moreover, It is informative and quite an enjoyable experience. Visual graphics are used to provide the latest stats and to indicate what is actually happening in real-time on the pitch/course/court etc.
Lots of great features have been included. I find that such features enhance the end-users betting experience. Some of these great features have become essential tools to the punter’s method of betting.
Watch the action while you bet on certain games and events. The live streaming service is not the best streaming service we have experienced as there are limited fixtures where this feature is available.
This feature is readily available, giving you the chance to cash out of a bet before the outcome has occurred. Cashout amounts appear fair to us and reflect the performance of the bet at that particular moment in time. On top of the standard cashout choice, there is also the option to partially cash out your bet. A slider is present, allowing users to cash out a percentage of their bet. Therefore, leaving a percentage of the initial stake to continue to ride.
Check out what events are scheduled in the coming days and beyond. This is also a nice way to check out all of the events that are taking place that day. This eliminates the risk of placing fixtures that occur in the future into your bet slip by mistake.
Place any up-coming event into the favourites section for easier access in the future. I use this mainly to keep track of scores. It is also particularly handy on horse races when you are keeping your eye on one or two horses leading up to a big meeting. Good examples being Cheltenham or Aintree.
We were able to view a separate section of the VBET app to check statistics on events that had occurred in the past. The statistics section can be found within the links at the bottom of every page of the app. Very useful to those who like to make an informed choice on their bets by researching the history of the teams/players involved.
Arsenal fans should be looking at this betting app in particular. As VBET is partnered with Arsenal, the app holds a number of special bets relating to Arsenal that are not available elsewhere.
Side games and casino
There are literally hundreds of game titles to browse through and potentially try. These range from traditional roulette and blackjack games to slots holding big jackpots!
Although I am more interested in the sports side, I have found myself curiously trying some of the casino games. All games come with a practice mode so users have the chance to become accustomed to the way each gameplays.
VBET seem to have done a good job of analysing their competitors offers to establish what is popular and therefore worth replicating. From my testing, the offers tend to be a combination of what other bookmakers are offering, with a slight spin to make it slightly different. For example, offers that were available when I was testing were as follows;
Acca insurance – money back as a free bet if one leg lets you down on a six-fold or larger. (min odds 1.6, min stake = £2 max stake = £50)
Boring football – 50% of your stake back if you bet on the correct score market and the game finishes 0-0 (Premier League only, min stake = £2 max stake = £50)
Horse racing loyalty – Place 5 single bets of £5 or more on any horse racing market and get a £5 free bet every week. (All bets must have odds of min 1.5, min odds for free bet = 1.8)
Arsenal late cover bet – Bet on the correct score market and if Arsenal score in second-half injury time and the bet loses, receive £10 cashback. (min stake = £1)
*Please note these offers were available at the time of our testing and are subject to change.
There were also lots of casino promotions available as well to spread the value around all of the elements of the app. To view promotions, look out for the icon in the shape of a present.
A well built mobile betting platform that blends together well the ability to navigate in a simple fashion with a comprehensive feature list. Therefore, the app exceeded my initial expectations during the testing phase. I would certainly pop it in the upper half of the list that contains all of the betting apps we have reviewed.
Help sections are readily available for finding answers to frequently asked questions and live help agents are on hand for the more complex queries. There are good deposit options as well as standard deposit and withdrawal timeframes.
Gambling controls can be put in place with ease to prevent your fun from turning into a nasty habit. An app we recommend you take a closer look at. Give it a try!
