Welcome to my weekend bets blog. There are regular bets I get on nice and early to try and capture early appealing odds, as well as free games that give me chances of winning handsome rewards. These early bets will be shared here for you every week throughout the football season.
A brand new season is upon us, brining with it just as much excitement as the previous one. Please take note that I am sharing my weekend bets with you here, not offering any type of tipping service. This page is free to view and the bets mentioned are bets I will be placing. They come with plenty of research sat behind them. Feel free to follow the bets if you like them, or disregard if you don’t. Here are my bets for the weekend commencing Saturday 25th January 2020.
Weekend bets for football
Goals Galore coupon
I enjoy participating in the Goals Galore coupon and a small wager here is a normal feature of my weekend bets. This is a mobile friendly coupon that is dedicated towards the both teams to score market. This market is becoming ever more popular due to the fact you can still have an interest in the game even if one team are leading heavily.
As long as both teams score before the final whistle your bet wins. the more selections you add to your betting slip from the coupon, the bigger the odds and returns back if the bet wins. To access the Goals Galore coupon, go to the Betfred app on your mobile. select Football from the sports menu and then select coupons from within the football menu. You will then see the Goals Galore coupon.
The Goals Galore coupon is run by Betfred and is available from the Betfred app. You will need to be registered to be able to play and will also require you to place a stake once registered (i.e the Goals Galore coupon is not a free game). Here are my selections for this weekend’s Goals Galore coupon. These selections have been selected due to the statistics gained from specialised goal statistics apps. These type of apps show these games to have the highest likeliness based on each team’s previous 5 matches.
Six selections from the coupon brings back odds of 17/1 (regardless of which matches are picked). This is an acceptable return for me when comparing it against the risk. This is the most frequent winner from all of the early weekend bets mentioned on this page.

William Hill accumulator
There is a good reason other than the fact of rating this as one of the best UK betting apps, why I am placing this with William Hill and why this makes up part of my weekend bets. The William Hill app provides me with a daily odds boost on three-folds and above that allows me to enhance the odds of pretty much any bet I like. This usually gives me the best value for the specific accumulator I am eyeing up.
This weekend I’m going with just the one accumulator. I see good value in the FA Cup this weekend and as such I am having a six-fold exclusively from this tournament. All six picks are played on Saturday.
Here is my early accumulator for the weekend ahead.
Odds here were around 40/1 after applying daily odds boost .
New customers using Promo Code P30 only, min £10/€10 stake, min odds 1/2, free bets paid as 2 x £15/€15 (30 days expiry), free bet/payment method/player/country restrictions apply.
BetVictor Price It Up
Another bet that has become part of my routine weekend bets recently is from the BetVictor app. The Betbuilder – formerly known as Priceitup. This bet Building feature allows you to create your own bet, using a combination of markets, such as cards, corners, winning team and both teams to score. These types of bet became very popular across last season and different variations of this method of betting now appear with most of the well known bookmakers.
Now don’t get me wrong the chances of winning when combining these sorts of factors diminishes. However from following the Bet Builder setup ongoing from the World Cup onwards, it has become apparent that people do win and from varying odds. My strategy here tends to be low stake, big odds. This is my version of playing the lottery, only I see a much better chance of seeing a return than I do if I pick six random numbers. Every now and then I will place a more sensible bet if I see value in each individual selection.
I tend to place this type of bet on the Saturday evening fixture or on a Super Sunday match to make the Live TV match a little more interesting. As it is the FA Cup this weekend I have opted for the Sunday match involving Manchester City and Fulham.

Colossus bets syndicate
I have really been enjoying the Colossus bets syndicates recently. This is a great idea that provides a pools based system where you can invest in a percentage of a ticket alongside other people in order to get a share of the big jackpot. There are various tickets available including win/draw/win tickets, correct score tickets, handicap tickets and under/overs goals tickets.
My personal favourite is the Win/draw/win market and I will be creating a ticket each weekend in the hope of getting some large returns back. Cash-outs are offered at every 45 minute and 90 minute intervals which are controlled by the syndicate captain who has the choice to partially cash out, fully cash out or stay in for the big prize. Check out my ticket for this weekend as an example;

This ticket gives me 54 different chances of being correct and therefore the total ticket cost is £27. Now this is quite a lot of money to risk individually, which is where the syndicate idea makes a lot of sense. There is £200,000 on offer as a jackpot prize which will be shared across all winning tickets in the pool. That’s a lot of money to go around and the syndicate allows you to put a percentage of the money in to get the same percentage back should the ticket win.
I have staked 10% of the ticket, costing me £2.70. This will see me get 10% of the ticket winnings should it land. Therefore I am playing for a personal jackpot of £20,000. I will be keeping my eye on the ticket throughout the weekend to see what cash outs (if any) we get offered.
With me staking 10% that means there is still 90% of the ticket remaining for others to stake on. In order for the bet to run the ticket has to be 90% full. If the ticket does not fill up, those who had invested a stake in the ticket will see their stakes returned and the ticket voided.
Feel free to stake a percentage if you like the look of the ticket although be warned, sometimes these tickets fill fast so apologies in advance if the ticket is full by the time you get to it. Are these bets my only bets?
The bets above are bets I have placed early to be able to get them out to you in a timely fashion. There will also be plenty of other bets I will be placing nearer to the weekend and even on the day.
Most of the bets I place nearer to the event have tended to be with 10Bet of late. not the first online bookmaker that slips off the tongue I must admit, but I have found them to be the most consistently best priced bookie on the bets I want to place. Well worth a sign up in my opinion. They have some great offers available as well. Give them a try.
