The Kwiff app provides a good horse racing betting product for British punters, but a few changes could make it great.

Similar to football betting, the horse racing interface is simple to use and markets can be filtered down by 'next 5', 'today' and 'tomorrow' categories. All the UK and Irish races that you'd expect to see are featured and a decent amount of international meets are represented too.

Horse racing markets are also limited to single bets and each-way markets. Forecast and tricast betting is not available on the Kwiff app and the lack of antepost betting is also another huge oversight, which may be offputting to some.

Kwiff offers nearly all the features that you would expect from a modern betting app, with the noticeable omission of a bet builder.

Kwiff Live Streaming

Kwiff does offer live streaming which is of high quality and comparable to that which you'd find elsewhere. The problem lies with the quantity in which Kwiff offers live streaming, as it is only available for less than a handful of UK and Irish horse races daily.

Kwiff has only recently started its live streaming service, so they can perhaps be forgiven for the inconsistency that comes along with it, but it would be good to see more sports and events added in the future.

There is a comprehensive level of pre-game and in-play stats available in the Kwiff app that cover football, tennis, cricket, basketball and more. Additionally, all events benefit from their own dedicated in-play graphics, which are some of the best around.

Yet again, we compared Kwiff to Rhino Bet and BetUK to see what features are on offer across all three apps.

Kwiff is a forward-thinking app and its design is a reflection of that with its modern feel that will provide a breath of fresh air to others who are tired of the same old betting app design but could be offputting to those who are used to the traditional betting app format.

Kwiff provides an easy-to-use interface and signing up is a simple process, which only takes a few minutes and provides a reliable betting product, although Kwiff’s app does run a bit slower on older iPhones than the other two apps.

Kwiff scores pretty highly on customer support and provides a comprehensive FAQ section and for anything not covered there, live chat functions are available from within the app.

Comparatively, BetUK provides an all-round solid user experience with good customer service, but its layout could be seen as quite dull and feels like the same old sports betting app. Rhino Bet ranks the lowest due to its lack of a live chat function and the limited information in its FAQ section, which puts a real dent in the UX.

Kwiff currently does not offer betting on any esports events on either their mobile app or desktop site. Given that esports are continuing to grow in popularity and betting markets are included across many UK betting apps, Kwiff could be missing a trick here and could really benefit from adding them to their sportsbook.
