While some operators do have a live chat function available, it can often be quite slow to load and you could be waiting in a queue for quite a while. I experienced this with Grosvenor Sports, for example, but things were quite different with Spreadex.
I had seen that multiple customer reviews on both the iOS app store and Google play store mentioned the excellent level of customer service, but I wanted to personally try it out and share my experience.
I sent a query to Spreadex through both the email and their live chat simultaneously to see response times and if they differed. I heard back from Henry at Spreadex within two minutes on both platforms, he even acknowledged on live chat that he had also emailed me back.
The answer I received to my query was detailed and any follow-up questions I had were answered quickly. All in all, the time spent finding the Spreadex customer service contact methods, sending my query and then getting my answer was no longer than 5 minutes.
I felt that highlighting this level of customer service was particularly important, as this is not always the case with Spreadex’s competitors on the market.
It can be really anxiety-inducing when dealing you’re with anything financial and it goes wrong, so I believe that it's important to feel that the app you’re using is secure and support is at hand should you need it.
I can say from my own experience that the level of customer service at Spreadex is very good, certainly as good as the most popular sportsbook brands out there, such as Bet365 and Ladbrokes.
Should you have an issue, you can be safe in the knowledge that you will receive support from an actual person on the other end and not a bot and your questions will be answered.
