For Betano's 'Three Goals Ahead' hockey promotion, you will get your bet paid out as a winner if the team you wagered on takes a 3-goal lead at any point in the game!
Your team comes out and scores 3 straight goals to open the first period? You win! Maybe they go down by a goal to start, but score 4 unanswered goals to take a 4-1 lead, you still win!
This promotion is super simple and applies to your single bets, same-game parlays, and system bets! The single bet will become a winner and get paid out following the game. For the parlay and system bets, that particular leg will be counted as a winner, so you'll only need to sweat the remaining wagers.

Baseball - 5 Runs Ahead
Like many of the early payout promos, the name gives away what is needed to win the bet early. If the team you picked to win is five runs ahead at any time during the game, your bet will be settled as a winner! Even if the opposing team eventually comes back to win the game.
Bets must be moneyline bets in a single wager, a parlay, or a system bet, and they must be made before the first pitch. Live bets and spreads do not count toward the early pay promo.
Note: This baseball promotion is exclusive to MLB games.
Basketball - 20 Points Ahead
For the basketball early payout on Betano, if the team you bet on takes a 20-point lead at any point in the game, you will be paid out as a winner!
Bets must be a moneyline bet within a single bet, parlay/SGP, or system bet and must be placed before the game tips off. Live bets are not eligible for the early payout.

Football - 17 Points Ahead
Football is a sport that is susceptible to big momentum swings and come-from-behind victories. Luckily, with the Betano Early Payout Promo for football, your bets get paid out as winners if the team you backed goes up by 17 points at any point in the game.
Even if that team ends up blowing the lead, looking at you New York Giants, your bet was still paid out when they held the 17-point lead.
Eligible bets must be moneyline bets that are made pregame as part of a single bet, a same-game parlay, or a system bet. No live bets or spread markets allowed.

Tennis - First Set Decider, 6-0 or 6-1
For the tennis betting fans out there, Betano has not forgotten about you! If the player you bet on wins the first set of the match by a score of 6-0 or 6-1, then you win your bet before the match even finishes.
To qualify for the 'First Set Decider' payout, you must place a single or parlay bet on the match winner before the match begins. A 6-0 or 6-1 first-set win, and your bet will be paid out, even if that player ends up losing the match.

Volleyball - 2 Sets Ahead
Did the team you bet on go ahead by 2 sets? You’ve already won! With Betano's volleyball early payout, if the team you picked to win is two sets ahead at any time during the match, your bet will be settled as won, even if the opposing team eventually manages to win the match!
This promotion is eligible for match winner markets in single, parlay or systems bets made before the match begins. Live betting markets are not eligible for the early payout offer.

Handball - 6 Goals Ahead
The final market that Betano offers an early payout for is handball. This is a bit of a niche sport but for those handball fans out there, you get paid out as a winner if the team you bet on goes ahead by 6 goals!
