12/08/2021 - 'The Good: I’m loving the new promotions and bonuses being given out since you guys merged with Caesars. A lot of options and you don’t have to officially opt in usually to be eligible for the promos. The free bets that you guys hand out are probably the best incentive out there in my opinion. The Bad: You guys limit the parlay options way too much especially since you now offer same game parlays. It seems as though maybe 5-10% of parlay options are eligible. There’s no reason I shouldn’t be able to parlay a TD scorer and the first quarter line. Just my opinion but it drives me nuts. The only other thing I really am hoping you guys will eventually include is the 10 point teasers like some of other sites offer. This is not just me a lot of people really enjoy them as well and is a huge pit off from using your site. And would love to see a little quicker payout nowadays when I withdrawal my funds. Otherwise than those I really enjoy how you guys keep on improving your site.' 3/5

09/18/2021 - 'I do like this new app and the promos that come with it. I do not like how long it takes for bets to leave the bets especially when you know you’ve lost a parlay they stay in there for multiple days. This makes me spend more time scrolling through them which is time and time is money when betting. Also, for the Free Jersey if you bet more than a hundred dollars for the month I have no idea if it’s calculating or not, I’ve hit the button multiple times and it sends me to another page and it takes forever to load and sometimes doesn’t load for me at all. This is happening to my friends as well who have this app. Otherwise, it’s much better than MGM Sportsbook which is think is the worst and not quite as good as DraftKings. I will continue to use and deposit more if things like these are addressed along with more porous because that’s what keeps people continuing to use it when there are soooo many options out there. Also, you should give people and credit if they spend time to write honest and hopefully useful information because it shouldn’t be for free. My opinion at least.' 4/5

09/08/2021 - 'I keep telling myself to not bet on the props. But, William Hill has a way of making them palatable. I mean, some of them are such a long shots that you would be a fool to bet them. But, there are enough props that are intriguing that it makes it fun. Your best chance, of course, will still be standard pointspread and over under bets, but William Hill makes it even more interesting. First of all, you can bet on the game after it started. The pointspread and over under change according to the current results in the game. They will also offer alternate lines on the game: if the original pointspread was 10 points, you can also bet on the same team with a smaller pointspread, and a smaller pay off, or a bigger pointspread and a bigger payoff. The casino is pretty standard. But, I keep playing it because there are promotions all the time that will cover part of your losses. Someone posted that they had to call William Hill each time to get the coverage on the bet they made. But, the rules state that they will refund you after a few days. I have not seen them fail to do this. Winning bets are paid incredibly quickly, sometimes before the game has even ended. And, one handy tool is being able to see a high-level play-by-play of the game in progress. This saves having to open up another tab in my browser to check the status of the game if I can’t watch it. Like I said, there is a lot to like here.' 5/5

08/20/2020 - 'I have experienced great success betting with the crowd boosters during fight nights! The app is pretty good although sometimes its hard to see all the wagers when adding to a parlay. I got some nice bonuses during the Super Bowl when I signed up. If you really like to make parlays you may want a different book because this one is better for straight wagers and promotions. Also not every combination of future sports are available to combine which would be nice if it was made clear but overall they offer a lot of different types of sports if you’re into that. All in all, their great customer support and unique betting options is what makes me consider them my favorite book in NJ. I’m not into the Casino options, that other books offer, but in terms of sports betting options it is top tier.' 5/5

02/13/2022 - 'PointsBet is a great book to have in addition to other books. I wouldn’t choose this as the one to use exclusively, but they often have very generous odds on MMA probs that deviate from what other books offer. I like PB but I always have difficulty with the app. It is very quick to log me out, and only allows me to login with my pin maybe 1/3 times. The rest of the time I have to manually enter my email and/or password. It is a pain when I am live betting and juggling multiple betting apps. DraftKings stays logged in, FanDuel Rivers and Barstool auto logout after a while but their Face ID function works well which makes things easier. Developers, if you read this, please if possible make some adjustments to address these issues. I would use pb so much more for live betting if login was easier and I could stay logged in for a reasonable period of time.' 3/5

09/20/2020 - 'The app itself has functioned flawlessly so far. In terms of the sports book, the list of promotions is never ending and it seems like there is a new one every day. They run regional promotions that are specific to your local sports teams as well, which is a nice touch. The odds are typically very comparable to other books, and they always pay out winnings almost instantly. My only complaint is their Cash Out option. Even when the bet clearly shows the Cash Out feature as being available, there are times where it shows the event as being “suspended” for more than an hour at a time, making it virtually impossible for you to do anything but ride out the storm and hope that the bet ends in your favor. All in all, it’s one of my favorite betting apps (for the options available in Indiana) and well worth starting an account in my opinion.' 4/5

4.8/5 stars is stellar, though we think this App Store rating is a little bit higher than the app actually deserves.

03/13/2022 - 'Edit: my review below stand, I do believe the UI/UX needs improvement. However the amount of bonuses BetMGM gives you to get back in the game is incredible. They have free bets, risk free bets, and money matches. My other sports books don’t really do this. One last thing, the parlays they highlight are lower odds then if you pick them yourself so keep that in mind. For instance if it says team a, b, and c to win +250 but you go and create a parlay on team a, b, c manually then your odds will be higher like +270 or something like that. That’s weird. I use two different Sportsbook apps and this ones User interface is very finicky. It feels clunky at times when screens load. Feels like it was thrown together to get a product out there. I think over time it will get better. When it comes to functionality, it works. Plane and simple. You can place some decent parlays, odds are pretty average, and the bonus offers seem to come often. I’ve gotten quite a few free bets which has been cool. I’d give it 3 and a half stars if I could but I wouldn’t give it 4 or 5 until the UI/UX improves.' 4/5

01/10/2021 - 'I have used every app from barstool to draftkings to fanduel and BetMGM is now my preferred way to bet. I love that BetMGM lets you turn on alerts for any games so you can get score notifications during it. I also love the “edit my bet” feature which allows you to change your bet instead of having to cash out an replace it. Bonuses have been generous. They are confusing at first but its actually simple: I deposited $100 and got $200 in bonuses. I had to wager all $300 of that money and whatever i had left over after that was mine to keep. You just have to wager 100% of your bonus and then you keep whatever you have after that. You can track how much of your bonus you have wagered in the promotions tab and it all makes sense once you understand how it works. The different promotions, including the $10 free bet every monday if you bet over $50 the previous week, have been great. Customer service has also been really helpful. I’m a big fan of this app and will use it as my primary book from now on!' 5/5

01/04/2022 - 'I referred my friend to BEtMGM and he was interested in the risk free $1000 bet. He raised a ticket and asked support to confirm if he was eligible for it and they said he was. After making and losing a $1000 wager he was told by support that he wasn’t eligible. Just this week I bet a $2 bonus on a game that was cancelled. A few days later $47 was removed from my account claiming that they were bonus winnings reclaimed because I didn’t meet the eligibility requirement. In both of these cases support is a stubborn brick wall that does not listen to a word you say and just tells you why you are wrong. I have spent at least 3 hours asking support for help and my calls with them are disconnected after an hour (each time) of trying to work with them. My friend eventually got his free bet, I’m still trying to recover my money. As someone who shops around on all of the NJ sportsbooks, the odds and promos make this horrible site impossible to avoid, but definitely don’t make it your home. Go to Caesar’s, FanDuel and DraftKings (in that order). On top of shady practices the app is garbage and slow compared to the three sites I mentioned. The support model is designed to run out the clock on you and waste so much of your time that you just give up for anything that they owe you but don’t feel like paying out.' 1/5

FanDuel has long been one of the best betting apps in the USA, and a 4.8/5 stars rating shows that this opinion holds up in iOS.

05/20/2020 - 'Downloaded this app a little while ago due to the casinos being shut down. Basically only play the slots not really into the sports betting events even though that’s the main for this app. Haven’t had any issues while playing if I ever got kicked out of the game when I logged back in the game I had previously played loaded right back to where I was when it kicked me out if I was in the middle of a bonus round spin or not. Withdraw was a lot faster then I suspected as well! Chose to receive a check and received it in the mail less then 7 days later!! Only issue I ever have with it is while playing for a decent amount of time I just have to log back in but other then that i have no issues and would recommend this site to anyone who misses the slots! Maybe could have a few more selections Of slot games as well 🤪 also customer service gets back to you ASAP, have always answered my questions to where I am no longer confused or wondering, and it doesn’t Matter what time of day someone has always been available.' 4/5

02/13/2021 - 'So I watched the Super Bowl like many others, before hand I had seen a commercial for this app. For new customers they were running a promotion. Basically pick a team and win a bunch of money (if you win of course) I Chose the winning team, for a max bet of $5 and I won $275. Easiest money I have ever made, hands down. I thought it was a scam all the way until I had the money in my account. I will tell you, Betting was some what of a pain. I logged in at 6 and had to have my bet in by 630 and I couldn’t log in. Essentially the system was over loaded during this time. Finally I got logged in and went to bet and it kicked me out. (Which seems to be a huge issue with this app) long story short, I literally got my bet in at 6:29. Seconds to spare, I was distraught over the stress I endured for 30 mins to try and get this bet placed. Totally worth it in the end. Would I do it again, yes. However, after reading all the reviews and looking around on the app, and being on the MD/PA line (which is an entire other issue) I’ve decided to delete the app and move one. Definitely has its perks and downfalls. But that was my experience with FanDuel.' 3/5

02/13/2022 - 'I just found out my girlfriend I had her sign up on fan duel and I didn’t realize that if you referred a friend you could both get $50 credit and a $10Bet well she did sign up but we didn’t see the thing that said refer a friend she’s so excited about signing up that we missed and it was my fault I should’ve looked for it I didn’t realize that you did that and I was wondering if it was too late for the benefits of referring a friend she’s never bet in her life before and She only bet a five dollar bet but she would be glad to bed $10 more to get the bonus of me referring her so I don’t know how he would look at that I’ve been a member for a while and I was betting a little bit here and there but I got kind of laid up so I wasn’t able to bed very much anymore and now I’m back to where I wanna start enjoying it because I love bedding so I didn’t know if she couldn’t get a hold of you somehow and still be able to get that $50 credit for both of us $50 each? If you can I’d be great if you can’t I totally understand I enjoy fan dual and thank you very much.' 5/5

A disappointing rating of 2.9/5 on the App Store makes you wonder how good the app actually is for iOS, but we think it deserves a much higher rating.

03/30/2022 - 'Upon reading the reviews for this app I really wasn’t sure I was going to download it but they had an amazing offer for a deposit $10 and get $200 in free bets- I have had nothing but success with this app and while I’ve lost a game or two (which is only normal) - the customer service couldn’t be any better and I have found the app smooth sailing. I’m honestly thinking the people who have left negative reviews have some type of affiliation with other betting apps - 365 has been smooth sailing and wish you all the luck in your betting.' 5/5

01/04/2020 - First, you have an absolutely amazing app. Its ease of use, stability, features and selections are beyond anything else offered in NJ. This being said, there is always room for improvement. My suggestions: 1. When one goes to the promotions page, there is no option available to navigate back to the betting section. 2. Any chance of adding an option to place an in app feature allowing one to take a picture of a wager that is larger (or smaller) than a phone screen? 3. You provide scores of active games on the screen of active bets, any chance you could add the final score as well? Thank you so much for elevating yourself above the crowd!!' 5/5

02/16/2022 - 'The app incorrectly flagged my location and even after geolocating to where I always bet from in NJ, I was told that I used some location changing program and had my account reviewed. After offering to cooperate and provide whatever details were necessary, I heard nothing for a week and a half before receiving an account suspension email. Disappointing. Too many different sports books out here to be providing poor customer service!' 1/5

03/23/2022 - 'The app itself is relatively slow. The profit boosts are nice and unlike anything I’ve ever seen on any other app or site. So that’s a plus. The lag on placing bets etc is a bit annoying, but it’s understandable. The UI is nice and the social hub is a huge plus and extremely underrated. Here is where my issue with DK lies: There is no withdrawal option besides a paper check. They show PayPal as an option, but it doesn’t work because PayPal doesn’t allow any transactions through any gambling sites. It also doesn’t work on Fan Duel, but Fan Duel has 5 or 6 different withdrawal options including Venmo. DK knows that you don’t want to withdraw those funds as a bettor, because you don’t want to screw up your bankroll god forbid you have a bad day, and then have to wait 5-7 business days to get your check in the mail, deposit it and then deposit the money back into your DK account. Which forces the bettor to keep the funds in the account for a much longer time. I understand the business tactic, but it legitimately drives business away from the site. I can personally survive without worrying about if I take too much out of my account. But I don’t think many people who bet on DK are happy with that.' 4/5

02/24/2022 - 'I think the app could be greater than it is now. I do have the updated app and the highest speed internet Wi-Fi but this app lags a lot. Also there is a form of deception when betting on tennis. I bet on point by point basis mostly and there are several discrepancies I have like at the beginning of a match there is no option to bet on the the first point. Also if you don’t watch carefully it will do that or put the game that’s being played below the next game. You think you are betting on game 5 but it’s actually game 6. What’s messed up is you are trying to get your bet on so fast because it’s so slow processing the bets that you don’t want to have your bet rejected. I’ve probably had 85% of my winning bets rejected due to how slow this thing works. Sometimes I can log out and log back in to get it to function better. I like being able to bet on the tennis like this because other apps are not fully like this but I just don’t like the deception look and the lagging in bet processing!!! I’ve screenshot a lot of these things and hopefully people will avoid not being deceived…' 3/5

08/06/2020 - 'I love the way you’ve designed the app and love the SportsBook progress but I think there needs to be some more spend or focus on the engineering and functionality aspects of the app. It took me 4 times to deposit money for the first time because the app froze and I had to re-load and re sign-in. There may be customers that don’t have the patience to wait for that and you may lose those customers. App functionality is going to be so so important for establishing customer loyalty moving forward, especially in states that are just newly adopting legal gambling because this is where the majority of millennials will bet, on their iPhones.' 4/5
